CLE Manuscripts Index

Supplemental Topical Index to the Business Law Section CLE Manuscripts

(February 1994 through February 1997)

The Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association is actively involved in the planning and presenting of continuing legal education ("CLE") seminars through the North Carolina Bar Foundation. Listed below are business law manuscripts that have been presented through this ongoing program of the Bar Association. All manuscripts are available from the North Carolina Bar Foundation. Inquiries should be directed to the Director of CLE (or staff) at the Bar Center (800-662-7407).

This list supplements the CLE Directory published in the 1994 Business Law Section Membership Directory. Where the manuscripts for the 1994 and 1996 "Basics of Business Law" program are substantially the same, only the 1996 program references are mentioned in the Index. This Index also includes CLE topics presented by the Corporate Counsel Section during the period. Forms included in CLE manuscripts have not been identified in the Index.
